Police Arrest Suspect In Bomb Threats
(Decatur, IL) — A suspect is under arrest on suspicion of making two bomb threats in Decatur. Police say Mikhail Erickson called in threats to St. Mary’s Hospital emergency room and Decatur Memorial on Tuesday night. Authorities were able to track Erickson because his phone number showed up on one of the hospitals’ caller ID. Similar threats were made last week against Carle Hospital and a Walmart, both in Urbana. Police are still investigating those threats.
