The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Western Crawford, Jasper, Southwestern Clark, Southeastern Cumberland, and East central Effingham counties Until 1215 AM CDT. Expect 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for south central, southeastern and east central Illinois. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building.
