The next Land of Lincoln Honor Flight will depart Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport on August 20th. Veterans from Altamont, Assumption, Charleston, Cowden, Effingham, Herrick, Mattoon, Newton, and Shelbyville will be among the 93 making the trip. The return is planned at 9:30 that night, and you’re encouraged to pack the airport and welcome the heroes back home.
