According to the Coles County Treasurer’s office, the second installment of Coles County taxes are due by Tuesday, September 3rd. Payments can be mailed if posted marked on for before the due date. You can also use the drop box at Mattoon City Hall or at the south entrance to the courthouse. Payments can also be made at most banks in Coles County or at the Coles County Treasurer’s office.
