According to Illinois State Police, there was a personal injury crash on Tuesday afternoon on Interstate 57. According to preliminary details, a black 1999 jeep was traveling on Bradley Avenue eastbound, going through the intersection at Bluegrass Lane into a construction zone. The jeep drove off the roadway, going airborne and landing on the right shoulder of I-57. The driver, 28 female , of Champaign Illinois and her two passengers, 28 male and 32 male , both of Champaign Illinois were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Preliminary investigation details indicate seat belts were worn by all parties. Charges are currently pending investigation.
