An Arcola man was hospitalized following a crash in Effingham this morning. According to the Illinois State Police, 22-year-old Kyle Kepley was northbound on I-57 north of Edgewood when he left the roadway and struck a guardrail. Kepley was charged with DUI-Alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage.
