A third suspect has been arrested in connection to a theft in Charleston. Brian Nicholson is the latest to be apprehended in the incident that occurred on August 18th in which over $10,000 worth of lawn equipment was stolen. Tabitha Munds and Charles Richey were the first two to be taken into custody. Each is charged with felony theft. The Charleston Police Department recovered the majority of the stolen property.
