Roof Only Program
If you live in Clark, Edgar, Cumberland, Moultrie, Douglas, or Coles County and need the roof on your home replaced, there may be grant money available!
The grant will pay for 75% of the cost of the roof (up to $15,000), making the homeowner responsible for 25% of the cost. The grant has the following income limitations: For one person living in the house, total income should be less than $27,900, 2 persons-$31,860, 3 persons-$35,820, 4 persons – $39,780, 5 persons – $43,020, 5 persons – $46,200, 6 persons – 49,380, 7 persons – 52,560.
