This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Illinois, east central Illinois and southeast Illinois.
DAY ONE…TODAY AND TONIGHT…
Isolated thunderstorms are possible this afternoon. Severe weather is not expected.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY…
Showers and thunderstorms will move in this weekend, mainly Saturday night into Sunday night. There is potential for heavy rain of 1 to 2.5 inches. There is also a marginal risk of severe thunderstorms containing a risk of locally damaging wind gusts.
Additional thunderstorms are possible later this week beginning Tuesday night.
