E-Cigarette Maker JUUL Announces New CEO
(San Francisco, CA) — E-cigarette maker JUUL has new leadership. The company announced today that CEO Kevin Burns is stepping down and K.C. Crosthwaite is moving into the top job. Crosthwaite has been a top official with Altria, which is a part-owner of JUUL. A company release says Crosthwaite has more than two decades of experience working with regulators and stakeholders, advancing alternative products to tobacco cigarettes. It also says JUUL won’t lobby against the proposed ban on most flavored vaping products President Trump announced recently.
