Jimmy John’s Sale Approved by Board Members

The parent company of Arby’s, Sonic Drive-In and Buffalo Wild Wings has agreed to buy Jimmy John’s.  The transaction is expected to close by the end of next month.  The sale price was not disclosed.  Jimmy Liautaud, who founded the company in 1983 in Charleston, Illinois, will step down as chairman and transition to an advisor.
