Mattoon Public Library Fall Book Sale
MATTOON — The Mattoon Public Library fall book sale is Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The book sale is in the Community Room in the lower basement. The way to access that room is through the entrance next to the alley off 16th Street. The lower basement is handicapped accessible.
The library’s regular Saturday hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. apply to the rest of the building.
The book sale features donated items from the past six months. The books and related materials represent a variety of titles and interests. The books will be sorted by area of interest.
The format of the book sale is take what you want, pay what you can. There is no required minimum payment.
Book sale proceeds support the library’s operations including enhancing the ability to purchase new materials and provide access to more digital offerings.
