Pontiac Emergency Crews Free Person Trapped In Hole After Cave-In

(Pontiac, IL) — Pontiac emergency crews are being credited with freeing a person who was trapped in a 12-foot deep hole after a cave-in. Crews were able to free the victim yesterday evening, about three hours after the incident began. The victim was taken to the hospital in unknown condition. No word on what caused the cave-in but workers have barricaded the hole so no one falls in.
