International Day Of The Girl
(Undated) — Today, all across the world, people are celebrating International Day of the Girl and two businesses are joining forces to keep it going. Refinery29 is partnering with Girls Who Code, which aims to close the gender gap in technology, for the #MarchForSisterhood, the first-ever all-digital global march that aims to amplify the voices of girls around the world. The event invites people to share videos of themselves on their social media accounts marching for any cause that matters to them.
This year, the United Nation’s theme for the day is “GirlForce: Unscripted and Unstoppable.”
