Father, Son Killed After Four Vehicle Crash
(Vermilion County, IL) — A man and his son have died following a four-vehicle crash. Officials say nine-year-old Wyatt Pope died Saturday from injuries he sustained in the October 9th crash. The crash happened on Illinois Route One near Vermilion County 900 North. Wyatt was reported to be a passenger in a vehicle that hit two vehicles before moving into oncoming traffic and colliding head-on with a third vehicle. His father, Tyler Pope, died at the hospital the day of the crash from his injuries.
