More than 97,000 pounds of salad products have been recalled because the lettuce may be contaminated with E. col. The salads, which contain meal or poultry, were sold at various restaurants and grocery stores, including Walmart and Dominos. The salads were shipped to multiple states, including Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri.
