Woman Dead After Vandalia Crash
(Vandalia, IL) — A woman is dead after a crash in Vandalia. The crash happened early Saturday morning after man driving a truck says he was forced off I-70 into the median by an unknown semi. The truck became stuck in the median, partially blocking a lane and was struck by another vehicle carrying driver Steven Kelly and Alesia Kelly. Both Steven and Alesia were taken to the hospital, where Alesia was pronounced dead.
