Decatur Shooting Victim Not Cooperating With Police
(Decatur, IL) — A Decatur shooting victim is not cooperating with police. Investigators say a 19-year-old was shot in the back on the 26-hundred block of North Jasper Street Sunday night. Police say the investigation is continuing but is more difficult without the cooperation of the victim.
