Firefighters Rescue Puppy From Danville House Fire

(Danville, IL) — A Danville family is thankful that firefighters were able to rescue their puppy from a house fire. The blaze broke out in the back of the Danville house on Sunday and all seven people inside escaped safely. Crews were able to go in and save their puppy Smokey, who is recovering after being given oxygen at the scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
