New Sexual Harassment Training Requirement For Illinois Businesses Coming
(Springfield, IL) — A new sexual harassment training requirement is coming for Illinois businesses. The Workplace Transparency Act officially became law earlier this year, and goes into effect on January 1st. The training will be a must for all employers, whether the business is public or private.
