Kobe Bryant’s Daughter Killed With Him In Chopper Crash
(Calabasas, CA) — Kobe Bryant’s 13-year-old daughter is among the four other people who died in a helicopter crash with the former NBA superstar. ESPN reports the 41-year-old basketball legend was headed to a travel game with Gianna. Another player and parent were also on board. The helicopter reportedly crashed into the hills in Calabasas in foggy conditions this morning. Kobe is survived by his wife and three other daughters, including a seven-month-old.

(Los Angeles, CA) — Former NBA superstar Kobe Bryant is dead. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office confirmed five people died in a helicopter crash near the city where he led the Lakers to five NBA titles. Multiple media say Bryant was traveling in foggy conditions in the hills above Calabasas Sunday morning. The helicopter crashed and burst into flames just before 10 a.m. local time. Bryant spent 20 years with just one team, the Los Angeles Lakers. He also won two Olympic gold medals and an Academy Award. He was the NBA’s third all-time leading scorer until he was passed Saturday by current Lakers star LeBron James.
