Actress Shannen Doherty Has Stage 4 Cancer
(Undated) — Over the past five years actress Shannen Doherty has been diagnosed with breast cancer and gone into remission. But today, which happens to be World Cancer Day, the Beverly Hills 90210 star is breaking her silence on her health struggles in an interview with ABC’s Good Morning America.
The 48-year-old says she’s known about the diagnosis for about a year but has wanted to maintain her privacy. A tearful Doherty said she’s still not sure she’s fully processed the news.
