Coronavirus Transmission Report Possibly Flawed
(Undated) — A report that the coronavirus could be spread by people before they show symptoms could have been flawed. Public health officials in China and a report in the New England Journal of Medicine appeared to support the idea that someone could transmit the deadly virus without having any signs of the illness. That was all based on a Chinese patient who transmitted the illness to others while on a business trip to Germany. But now, more interviews with people in Germany revealed that the woman may have had some mild symptoms after all.
