A benefit for Captain Ray Hall of the Mattoon Police Department will be held March 22nd from noon until 8:00 at the Mattoon American Legion. The event will include live and silent auctions, 50/50 raffle, music, a pork chop dinner, and a raffle for a Smith and Wesson EZ 9 millimeter handgun.
