Today Is World Radio Day
(Undated) — Today is World Radio Day and this year’s theme is Radio and Diversity. The United Nations and UNESCO are calling on Radio stations to uphold diversity in their newsrooms and on the air. Organizers say Radio continues to be the world’s most widely consumed medium. World Radio Day has been observed since 2012.
