Illinois’ First Female Honor Flight Leaves In October
(Normal, IL) — Illinois’ first female honor flight is leaving in October. The flight gives vets the opportunity to travel to Washington D.C. and visit the memorials that honor the service of military members. A Twin Cities woman is organizing the all-female flight being dubbed Operation HerStory.
