Three States Allowing Betting On Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest

(New York, NY) — For the first time ever, fans can place bets on the annual Nathan’s fourth of July hot dog eating contest in Coney Island. New Jersey, Colorado and New Hampshire have all legalized bets on the competitive eating contest. Reigning champ Joey Chestnut is the favorite to win the mustard belt again this year. He won last year after downing 71 dogs and buns in ten minutes. On the women’s side, Miki Sudo is favored. She has won the contest six times.
