Baseball Legend, Sunday Night Baseball Announcer Joe Morgan Dies

(Undated) — Legendary second baseman and Sunday Night Baseball announcer Joe Morgan is dead. Multiple sources confirmed the news today regarding the player who got his start back in the 1960s with Houston. He then spent most of the 1970s with the Cincinnati Reds where he won back to back NL MVP awards. Morgan is also a two-time World Series champion. In addition to all that, he won multiple Gold Glove awards and was selected to ten All Star Games. His career is forever enshrined in Cooperstown as he was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1990.
