Hall of Fame Dodgers’ Manager, Tommy Lasorda Dead at 93

(Los Angeles, CA) — Los Angeles Dodgers Hall of Fame manager Tommy Lasorda has died. The Dodgers released a statement this morning reporting Lasorda suffered a sudden cardiopulmonary arrest at his home last night. He was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly before 11:00 p.m. Lasorda spent 71 seasons with the Dodgers organization. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Jo, their daughter Laura and granddaughter Emily Tess. Tommy Lasorda was 93.
