Ayo Dosunmu and Iowa’s Luke Garza Headline Sporting News All-American Team

Ayo Dosunmu and Iowa’s Luka Garza headline the Sporting News All-American Team.  Each was named on every single ballot.  Baylor guard Jared Butler missed by a single vote.  Oklahoma State freshman Cade Cunningham missed by three, and Gonzaga’s Corey Kispert was first-team for all but four voters.  Illini center Kofi Cockburn was named to the second team.
