Effingham County Chamber of Commerce Announces New President and CEO

Lucinda Hart is the new president and CEO of the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce.  The Texas native is a certified association executive and has extensive experience working for non-profits.  Hart’s husband Will is a native of Jasper County and their son Jared is a pitcher for the ISU Redbirds.  Lucinda’s first day on the job will be April 12^th.  She’ll be formally introduced to the community at the Chamber’s business recognition gala on April 24^th.
