Kids ages 3-12, get crafty with a packet of Crayola Model Magic Air Dry Clay from Charleston Carnegie Public Library’s Kid’s Take and Make! This Kid’s Take and Make Craft will be available for pick up at the KidSpace desk Monday, July 5 — Sunday, July 11, one per child, while supplies last.
Have fun sculpting whatever you desire using just your hands or common household items such as bread bag fasteners, crayons to poke holes, child-safe forks or other items that catch your fancy—with parental permission as the clay may stick to sculpting surfaces. Projects can be colorized with markers or paint once dry. As always, parental supervision is advised. This is a free children’s program, open to the public. A library card is not needed to participate. For further information, please call 217-345-1514.
