Top-Seeded Packers Knocked Out By 49ers

(Green Bay, WI) — The San Francisco 49ers eliminated the top-seeded Green Bay Packers with a 13-10 win in the NFC Divisional Round. The Niners are advancing to their fifth NFC Championship Game since the 2011 season and second in the last three years. San Francisco secured its victory thanks to a 45-yard field goal courtesy of Robbie Gould as time expired. The 49ers scored their only touchdown of the game after blocking a punt deep in Green Bay territory. Aaron Rodgers completed 20 out of 29 passes for 225 yards. Aaron Jones and Davante Adams each had nine receptions in the loss. The Niners will be heading to the winner of the game between the Buccaneers and Rams.
