Savoy Teen Charged In Deadly Champaign Shooting On Halloween

(Champaign, IL) — A Savoy teen is charged with murder in the deadly shooting of a man in Champaign on Halloween. Police and U.S. marshals arrested 17-year-old Tony Brock at his home yesterday morning. He faces charges of first-degree murder in the death of Brandon Kelly Jr., who was shot outside the Parkland Point apartments early on October 31st.
