(Champaign, IL) — The 13th-ranked Fighting Illini are back in the win column after knocking off Northwestern 73-66 in Champaign. Illinois moved to 18-and-6 on the season and 11-and-3 in Big Ten play. The Wildcats dropped to 12-and-11 and 5-and-9. The Illini visit Rutgers on Wednesday, while Northwestern hosts third-ranked Purdue the same night.
