SBL Providing Physicals to Effingham Athletes

Sarah Bush Lincoln will provide sports physicals to athletes from Effingham schools.

Sports physical clinics will be held from 1 to 7 pm on Wednesday, June 15, at the SBL Effingham Clinic, 905 N. Maple St, Effingham. The cost is $20 per physical with all fees being donated to the Athletic Booster Club of which ever school the students attend. Walk-ins welcome. Appointments are not required.

Providing the physicals are: Doug Kabbes, MD, Paul Oltman, MD. Sean Flynn, MD, and Advanced Practice Providers Cari Fearday, PA-C, and Megan Steffen, APRN.

Immunizations will not be given at either clinic. Cash or check only will be accepted. Insurance will not be billed, nor will insurance co-pays be collected. Parent or legal guardian must sign a medical history form or be in attendance.
