Sister City Park to host the Debut of EIU Beach Volleyball, Monday, March 6th
The Charleston Park and Recreation Department is happy to announce that Sister City Park, 2650 18th St, will be the site of the FIRST EVER EIU Beach Volleyball Match as they face off against Missouri Baptist on Monday, March 6th at 1:00 p.m. The EIU Beach Volleyball team has been practicing at Sister City Park since 2022 and is excited to host their first match at home next week! We are asking that the public join us in supporting EIU as they take on Missouri Baptist! Some seating is available, but you can also bring your own lawn chair and enjoy the inaugural game. EIU will also be hosting McKendree on Tuesday, March 28th and Lindenwold on Sunday, April 2nd!
