Mattoon CUSD #2 Posts Upcoming Administrative Positions
(Mattoon, IL — May 28, 2025) Mattoon CUSD #2 is pleased to announce four administrative positions have been posted for interested candidates to apply. Recent movements along with some upcoming retirements resulted in the following leadership opportunities:
● Mattoon Middle School Assistant Principal (for the 2025-26 school year)
● Arland D. Williams Jr. Principal (for the 2026-27 school year)
● LIFT Director (for the 2026-27 school year)
● Assistant Superintendent (for the 2026-27 school year)
The district is committed to a clear process in building a leadership team that attracts a strong candidate pool of talented educators reflecting the district’s values and serving all students.
