The Salvation Army of Coles and Cumberland Counties is taking applications for bell ringers. You must have a valid photo ID, and your signed social security card. Apply at 1300 Richmond in Mattoon, between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on Friday
