Now Hiring: Part-Time Telemarketing Representative

Cromwell Media is looking for a motivated and organized Part-Time Telemarketing Representative to join our Mattoon team. This is an in-office position focused on connecting with local businesses and building support for community events and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to local businesses to discuss sponsorship opportunities for various community events
• Clearly and confidently explain the purpose of each event and the value of participation
• Build positive relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Keep organized records of calls, contacts, and follow-ups
• Communicate updates and progress with the team

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
• Comfortable making calls to new contacts and starting conversations
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a part-time role
• Ability to utilize email for communication and follow-up is strongly encouraged
• Previous sales, customer service, or phone experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time hours, in-office in Mattoon (flexible scheduling based on availability)
• Compensation for this position starts at minimum wage per hour, with additional earning potential through commission. Commission is paid based on collected sales, giving motivated individuals the opportunity to increase their income by driving results and following through on accounts.
