Five Paris residents were injured in a two-vehicle accident last night. According to the Illinois State Police, a vehicle driven by Timothy Miller, of Terre Haute, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Sierra Wicks, of Paris on Route 1, north of Marshall. Wicks’ vehicle skidded out of control and overturned into the ditch. Wicks, and passengers, Christopher Wicks and three children were transported to Union Hospital. Miller was ticketed for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
