The Coles County Sheriff’s Office continues its investigation into an accident that injured a Charleston man yesterday. Officials say 26-year-old Anthony Steeples’ motorcycle left the roadway near the intersection of County Roads 1000 North and 1750 East. He was airlifted to Carle Foundation Hospital. No word on his condition.
