(Charlottesville, VA) — The University of Virginia Health Systems has an update on the conditions of the 19 people transported to UVA Medical Center following a car plowing into a group of counter-protesters. Today, Angela Taylor of the UVA Health Systems said ten of the 19 patients are in good condition and the other nine have been discharged. She also said the hospital has treated additional patients related to the violent outbreak that happened at a white nationalist rally yesterday, but the exact number is unclear. The car that rammed into the group of counter-protesters killed 32-year-old Heather Heyer. Two Virginia State Troopers were also killed on patrol duty when their helicopter crashed near Charlottesville.
