A Windsor man was found shot to death yesterday morning in Decatur. Officials say the body of 22-year-old Zachary Hubbartt was discovered inside a vacant house on East Condit Street. The Macon County Coroner’s office said Hubbartt suffered numerous gunshot wounds. The investigation continues.
