Ryan Waters pleaded not guilty yesterday for his role in the death of Zachary Hubbartt, of Windsor. Officials say Waters is charged with four counts of first-degree murder but denies his alleged role in the shooting. Prosecutors say Waters was present when Hubbartt was shot to death by Jason White, who also pleaded not guilty. Waters’ pretrial hearing is scheduled for November 20th.
