Former Treasurer Faces Felony Criminal Charges

Former Tower Hill village treasurer Nancy Finley faces felony criminal charges of stealing more than $100,000.  Officials say the thefts took place over a period of six years – 2010 to 2016.  No plea has been entered and bail is set at $50,000.
