Charleston Man Pleads Not Guilty

A former Charleston man pleaded not guilty yesterday to aggravated battery of a child.  29-year-old Earl Ciglear, who is accused of causing harm to a 5-year-old boy with a belt, is schedule to appear at a status hearing December 21^st.
