Mattoon Police arrested Racheal M.L. Harris, 28 of Mattoon, for the offense of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of a Controlled Substance. The arrest occurred on 12/25/17 in the 2700 block of Broadway Ave in Mattoon. The offense alleges Ms. Harris was in possession of a controlled substance, as well as being in possession of Methamphetamine at the time of being pulled over on a traffic stop. Ms. Harris was taken to the Coles County Safety and Detention Center.
