Three people were injured in an accident near Edgewood yesterday morning. According to the Illinois State Police, a vehicle driven by 22-year-old Devin Durbin, of Mount Vernon skidded off the roadway, struck a ditch, overturned, and came to rest on its top. Durbin and passengers, 19-year-old Nikita Durbin and their four-month-old child were all taken to St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital. Devin Durbin was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
