A Sullivan teen has been charged with making a terrorist threat against the Sullivan School District. 18-year-old Jalon Warren made his initial court appearance yesterday. The Sullivan Police Department says they were contacted after a school staff member found a sticky note on a bathroom mirror Friday, saying that bomb would go off at 1:30 that afternoon.
